SDS was engaged to complete the Cycle 9 Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) report and to design and oversee exterior facade repairs to address maintenance conditions and water infiltration. The project consisted of brick replacement and repointing, lintel repairs, stone patching, decorative terra cotta repairs facilitating repair mortars, terra cotta unit replacement with cast stone, and juliet balcony reconstruction. To address ongoing leaks, the penthouse roof was also fully replaced. SDS served as the Architect of Record and Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) for the project.
